Moments to Appreciate

Hi Y’all!

I want to take time to appreciate some more sights and smells.

A buttercup.

Some people think these are wild canaries.  They are the American Goldfinch in breeding plumage.  However, they don’t usually nest until August.

And this less colorful version is Mrs. Goldfinch.

Hope y’all have a wonderful Sunday.

Y’all come back now!

Those poppies are beautiful! A garden near my house has quite a few of those along their fence.

Love Mr. Goldfinch! We get those bright little guys around here. Very cheery little birds. :)

wow nice goldfinch shot! One of my mom's favorite birds... and she actually breeds canaries so it is probably why it is one of her favorites lol.

Oh Hawk you get the most beautiful pictures. You live in the heaven for dogs. I love the poppie shots too.

We have a mountain side that fills with poppies every year and we keep going up to see if they are blooming yet.
Not yet....but soon.

Have a great Sunday Hawk
