Mischief! All Kinds of Mischief!

 

 

 

Hi Y’all!

First, let me say thank you to all veterans, thank you for our Freedom.  Thank you to all veterans past and present.

 

Did y’all know that Veterans Day in the U.S. is Remembrance Day in Canada?

Those of you who visit regularly know where I am…besides in the car in my crate.  Y’all know how my Humans are…one minute we’re one place and then, without warning, we’re off someplace else!

But there was more mischief for which my Humans weren’t responsible.

We started going on my hikes again.  Whew!  I knocked myself out racing up and down the slopes!

We were in much higher elevation here in the mountains.  When you come from the low country to the high country it takes awhile to get used to the it.

We got here WAY past prime for color.  Well, maybe that is my Humans’ fault.  What do y’all think?

    Well, Hawk that one photo has many beautiful colors in it. We just love the fall colors, even though we don't get to see them here. Of course, where you were...it looks like the trees were already naked! Looks like you had a GREAT time though!

    Great that you are back into hiking. In some of the shots, the trees looked like they still had some fall-color leaves. It wasn't probably what you are used to seeing but still looked pretty to me.

    Perhaps you should have gotten there a bit sooner, Hawk, but it is still very beautiful! Enjoy your hiking, I hope it doesn't take too long to get used to the elevation.

    Hawk! You are having so much fun!! And look at that BEAUTIFUL scenery! Sophie would have had such a great time with you!!
    She too is used to being taken everywhere at the whim of her humans!!! But she LOVES it!
