Hi Y’all!
We came back to the mountains so the Humans could go visit family. The first place we went 
was for a long walk…only it was raining! Well, not when we first started, but it started before we got far! The rain sounds so funny when it sweeps across the mountains…like a roaring creek…yes it does!
Even more than the rain which poured down for three straight days, I noticed the trees. They were all naked! 
The leaves should have been a thick crunchy carpet but the rain had soaked them to the point the crunch was muted.
Thanksgiving day dawned beautiful, if chilly. It warmed nicely and we got a couple of nice walks before and after dinner.
