What a disappointment! It only got up to 22 degrees Fahrenheit and then only for a few minutes before the temperatures started dropping again. The 45 mph winds blew most of the snow off our mountainside. The winds rattled the parts of the house and whistled like a freight train.
I started off slowly to investigate. The snow was still howling in fine light flakes too small to really look like snow flakes.
But then the cold bit into my feet and soon I couldn’t get back to the house quickly enough!
Y’all come back now!
