Hi Y’all!
Time to do some barkin’ for Thursday’s Barks and Bytes Blog Hop hosted by 2 Brown Dawgs and Heart Like a Dog.
I’m also sharin’ a few barks with Ruckus the Eskie and Love is Being Owned by a Husky in Thoughtless Thursday.
On Barkin’ Back last Thursday,

“my mom thought she can eat the berries too, maybe she can fly like the birds when she eat them? I agree, sometimes life isn't fair and there are situations what are bad for dogs like Iggy. I hope he will find a furever family soon. Wish he could live with me...”
LetterstoAndrew asked…
“The berries are beautiful, yes the birds eat them but can people?
Thanks for joining the blog hop!!”
We’ve never tried to eat them. The wild cherries have a big seed in them, so probably not worth eatin’ if you aren’t a bird.
Next we had lots of questions about this…
Molly The Wally said…
“We were wondering what were the little reddish buds Hawk? Have a fabulous Friday.
Best wishes Molly”
“We agree with Molly...what are those Red Things?? We really love your cow buddy! We have those in our neighborhood. Happy Seeing Beautiful!! xo Chloe and LadyBug”
“Your world is so Beautiful, Hawk. I see such pretty foliage, some berries, a cow (where did you find a cow?!?) and...well, what is that thing that looks like a deformed red potato anyway? You look like you are enjoying your adventures, buddy.
Oz”
“A whole lot of beauty going on there and nice to be getting fit checking it all out. I love how you can see the dents on the little berries and is that a bud on a bush? Very pretty.”
“Very beautiful, Hawk. Thanks for sharing. By the way, what is that oddly-shaped pinkish fruit? Not the berries, but the other one?”
“We're not surprised you were able to find so many beautiful things, Hawk! You always do. But what is that strange looking red thing? :)
Jan, Wag 'n Woof Pets”
I’m so sorry, but I don’t know what that funny growth is. My Humans think it is a seed pod, but don’t know what the tree is. I just thought it was really interesting and pretty.
SlimDoggy asked…
“Hey Hawk, you look like you've slimmed down some, have you?”
To judge by my food ration…no I’ve not slimmed down. No, that’s incorrect. I’d have to say I’ve “muscled up”. Doubt I’ve lost an ounce.
Finally, Monday’s Mischief about bein’ abandoned by my Humans for an entire day…y’all had this to say…

“You only got one treat each from them, for all that time being left behind?!!! I am shocked! I think there is a law somewhere against this. If not there should be. I hope they listened to all you had to say and will never let this happen again.
Blessings,
Goose”
“Hey, we Beaglebratz feel your pain - your hunger tue! We due git 3 or 4 treatz when our mom abandonz us BUTT they r uzually thoze tiny milkbone biscuitz - NOT the regular size. Our mom goez tue that church place sumtimez THEN tue that food store so she IZ late. BUTT what iz REALLY bad iz when she abandonz us ALL DAY - when she goez tue werk. An'she givez us the SAME number of treatz no matter how long she iz gone - duz she thinkz we can't count or tell time? Sheesh - hoominz NEED tue lern a few thingz.
We think all us woofiez NEED tue go on strike fer MORE TREATZ!
Shiloh-Lord of the Manor an'Diva Shasta”
“OMD...they left you alone ALL DAY??? I hope you gave them a GOOD talking to!!
Smileys!
Dory, Jakey, Arty & Bilbo”
“Oh my, only one treat from each? How dare they.”
“What??? This can't be....how dare they, Hawk? At least they made it in time for supper? We always get a good talking to if we go beyond supper time!
Jan, Wag 'n Woof Pets”
“only one treat? that's not enough... to be alone on a sunday deserves 87 treats :o)...or more...”
JoAnn Stancer suggested…
“Yikes that isn't fair at all, you need a treat dispenser for those days.”
Molly The Wally suggested…
“I say a treat for every minute they were away should do it. Honestly Hawk humans can be so naughty. Have a marvellous Monday.
Best wishes Molly”
Yeah, a treat dispenser that will hold all 87 treats…or at least enough for every minute they are gone! Thanks y’all!!!
Y’all come back now!
OK...so we still do not know what the thing is that looks like a deformed red potato. Sigh...I guess we cannot know everything in nature. I hope the rest of your week is filled with adventure, my friend!

Slimmed down / muscled up - both are okay in our book. But while one treat certainly isn't enough 87 will probably be too many - go for a happy medium ;)
ReplyDeleteI agree, that pink bud looking thing is definitely interesting!
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up with us!
ღ husky hugz ღ frum our pack at Love is being owned by a husky!
We love these REVIEWS of past posts. Fun to see what folks say... after we visit... since we don't go back again ourselves. THANKS. Still wondering what those red thingys are though.
ReplyDeleteso we better don't eat the red berries, huh? the red seed pod could be a cucumber tree, are they growing in your area?
ReplyDeleteThat is definitely a weird looking seed/berry. As for the cherries, I wonder if they are poisonous? If not they would probably work well in jam. :-) Just sayin'.
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining the blog hop!!
Those skies are beautiful. Happy Thursday!
ReplyDeleteIf you got rid of some fat, and added some muscle, then that counts as a win, Hawk! You better not eat those 87 treats though, it might set you back. :)

oh my, the berries really draw my attention. Happy Thoughtless Thursday!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great follow up! Thanks for sharing the answers.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Hawk. Great follow up. Not losing weight is great when you're muscling up. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for joining the Barks and Bytes hop. I sure hop you get your fair share of treats. :)
