Hi Y’all!
Jumping to Mean Mama Mischief Monday and what the Humans did to me…SlimDoggy
“Yikes, four days is a long time, but seven playmates makes for lots of fun. Is that a new toy you've got there?”
To Dog With Love “I like your purple and blue bumper. What kind of toy is that? I think Rocco would like it! Happy weekend!”
and
Sam (Monty and Harlow) asked “What kind of adventures did your peeps have with you?”
LetterstoAndrew asked,
“Was it hard sharing the humans Hawk? You are used to two humans to one dog, but having to share them with seven!! How did you manage?”
Sigh…I was so exhausted from racing in and out and wrestling and racing with the others that I just stretched out and slept once we were back indoors.
I think this comment sums it all up
Shannon Adams …"Wow, 7 other dogs? And a doggie door? Sounds like a good time!”
I had a great time! Just don’t tell my Humans!
Moving right along to Thursday’s Totally Thoughtless Barks I got this question…
easyweimaraner asked…
“are those two horsies on the street or does it only look as if because of the fence?” and Miley joined in…
Miley's Daily Scoop voiced…
“Hmmm. we're wondering if those horses are behind a fence or alongside the road! Great pics!”
The horses are walking along their pasture fence. There is a pasture fence along side the road and the fence you see is the church yard fence.
As I’ve pointed out previously…I live in very rural areas. The Humans sit in church, windows open, and listen to cattle bawl and horses neigh during the sermon.
Then came Friday’s Fun and Funny…I went back to
Going all the way back to last Friday’s post, easyweimaraner said:
“Is that a special bumper (the red one) you have in your photo? It looks interesting. Have a super fit friday!”
And I answered…It’s a well worn tug or throw toy that at one time was waterproof. BOL!!!
What y’all don’t see is the stuffing shedding all over the lawn! BOL!!!
And I got these remarks…
“hahaha, that means the red toy will sink now like the titanic when you throw it in your lake? I like that it has a grip what makes it easier to win a tug of war :o)”
Hmmm…so that’s why the Humans took my toy away…
“Isn't that what the stuffing is for - to be taken out and strewn all around? That's what we thought.”
Now that’s somethin’ to think about…if that’s the case…why do the Humans take it when I “de-stuff” it?
“I like your purple and blue bumper. What kind of toy is that? I think Rocco would like it! Happy weekend!”
It’s the Kong Ballistic. My Human ordered it through Chewy.com when she ordered my food. No good Human orders just food for a boy! Toys are a necessity!
And of course…antlers!!!
Finally, I said…
“I can’t believe I ate” a hole in it and ruined it!
Murphy remarked…
“We did not see that one coming! What did it taste like? Was it cherry flavored BOL!?!? Great job & thanks for pawticipating!

If you didn’t join in this month, be sure to check out the Frazzled Friday hop on the last Friday in September.
Y’all come back now!
Hawk you had quiet the week. MOM says she wishes the church windows opened in our church to hear the horses and cows and stuffs. That is VERY cool.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Goose
Wow! What a week you had Hawk!! We love living in rural areas! Although...the smell of some of the cow "stuff" gets to us once in awhile...
ReplyDeleteThat is great sitting in church and hearing the cows and the horses. Have a marvellous Monday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
I agree with Molly, I would enjoy it to sit in your church while hearing the horses and the cows. I live in a very small village too, but all what I can hear are lawn mowers and the 35 guinea fowls...
ReplyDeleteWhat a busy week you're having Hawk. I bet you'd love to play with the cows and horses huh?
ReplyDeleteCity folks don't know what they are missing... Country LIFE is really an EAR FULL sometimes isn't it Hawkeye? AND we aren't talkin CORN either.
ReplyDeleteYou have all the best kinds of fun, Hawk. Makes my own dogs jealous. ;)

ReplyDeleteHave a happy Labor Day!
Monty and Harlow
You've sure had a lot going on Hawk, and lots of cool toys to play with and talk about! You live in such a lovely area. We live in a rural area as well, though we don't have many farm animals very close. We would never want to live anywhere but the country!
