Hi Y’all!
For those of you worried about the pear blossoms and azaleas, let me assure you that we didn’t bring them to the mountains…we left them behind at the shore.
I just can’t fathom why my Humans left the nice warm, snow free low country where I could swim and race about to come up here to the high country and the cold, winter weather.
As we headed west into the higher elevations the warm sunny weather disappeared. The storm had ended the previous day, so roads were clear. My Human seemed awed with the winter wonderland…as we continued into higher elevations the snow still clung to the trees and the world was like a fairy land.
By Sunday the snow remained only in the woods in the higher elevations.
Below is the sunrise in the high country.
I’ve got places to go and things to do!
Y’all come back now!
Looks like you had a fun time hiking around, Hawk :)
ReplyDeleteDoes this mean you won't be coming back any time soon in the warm weather land?
ReplyDeleteWhite looks good on you, by the way.
Huggies and Cheese,
Haopee
White sure looks fun to play in, but the cat prefers the grass, easier to dig and bury stuff that comes from my little rhyming umm bum haha and in that first pick are you trying to blend in?
ReplyDeleteWow look at you go Hawk. You are a one dog snowplough! Have a terrific Tuesday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
It looks like a fun place to play.
