Hi Y’all!
It would appear that Ol’ Man Winter and Mother Nature are having an argument.
Ol’ Man Winter makes my world look like…well, winter.
The next day the sun comes out and it warms into the 40’s and the snow melts…must be Mother Nature’s idea of a joke on Ol’ Man Winter
The weatherman is callin’ for more freezing rain to move in and Tuesday or so it won’t get above freezin’ here in the southeastern mountains.
Paws crossed for y’all in the “great white north”.
Y’all come back now!

Looks lovely and sunny over your way Hawk. Have a marvellous Monday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
They have that same argument all the time don't they? Love that head shot of Hawk...so handsome.
ReplyDeleteIt is the same here! Snow last Thursday, 50 degrees today and in the teens tomorrow. Old Man Winter and Mother Nature must be truly ticked off at each other. LOL Have a great day Hawk!
ReplyDeleteWell Hawk, it seems you have the best of both worlds! A little snow and cool weather to frolic in and then some sunshine to keep things a bit warmer than a lot of other places. I sure hope it doesn't get too cold for you there.
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday,
Oz
Hawk, I think that Mother Nature is just menipausal. Poor dear.

We are happy to send you some of our snow. Lee and Phod
ReplyDeleteStay warm Hawk! It's supposed to get down to 7 here in Atlanta! brrrr!
ReplyDeleteYour pals,
Diane and Rocco
It looked like you have a great time of joy, running around.
ReplyDeleteSounds like mischief to me. We finally got our first snow, but shortly thereafter the temperatures plummeted to below zero and now it is way too cold to play in it.
ReplyDeleteYes we are all to familiar with the natirenwars over here in Ontario Canada!
ReplyDeleteAlthough our snow has not fully melted we have had extra warm days...FREEZING cold days.....flash freeze warnings today and a ton of freezing rain....grrr I just wish for white fluffy snow, not to cold just cold enough...
Is that to much to bark for???

20" of snow on the ground here in Fairbanks, but we consider it warm (above zero.) Have a look at http://homecomingbook.wordpress.com today for why it's so often warm in Alaska when the lower 48 are getting it in the neck. (The dogs are all over the Rainbow Bridge now, but the Shelties used to love the snow.)
ReplyDeleteAll we've had this year is very cold and dry or warm and wet... it does seem like winter and nature just can't agree! :)
ReplyDeleteWe are still below zero. The last two days have been brutal! Wind chills around -35!
