Hi Y’all!
We finally got a break in the weather and headed for a walk in the woods…
Hmmm…what is this scent?
Top right is the paw print and that’s my Human Papa’s foot on the left. We continued down the trail…
I’m no longer frolicking…but doing some serious scenting…
It’s no longer a fun time…
On down the trail, more tracks…
Let’s go…come on Humans!
Y’all come back now!

Uh,, oh, Hawk. Hope it's not a bear!
ReplyDeleteHmmm... so you're going to fill us in, right?! Have a great weekend (with lots of good smells)!
ReplyDeleteBet there is a lot of good smells in the forest!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a bear print. There are often bears in the mountains behind my house but I don't really venture up there much. Can't wait to read more about your adventure.
ReplyDeleteMountain Lion? We had one in our yard a few weeks back.
ReplyDeleteSam
That is one big print, I'd run away too.
ReplyDeleteGosh Hawk did you ever see who made that huge paw print? I'd probably be a little scared myself of something that big
ReplyDeleteAt FURst it looked like a dead mouse...but dat footprint????
ReplyDeleteI'd be hurrying on home now!
:)
I'm going with Sam's guess as mountain lion. It seems too small to be a bear print, unless it is a small bear. And I don't see any claw marks. Bears claws stick out and so would show up on the print, while a mountain lion has retractable claws.
ReplyDeleteI think i would keep well clear of something with paws that big.
ReplyDeleteSheba.
Those paw prints belong to something BIG!
ReplyDeleteThere's nothing like the great smells on a spring day -- That's why it's hard to keep up with you! :-)
ReplyDeleteI hope you all are doing well, and are having a great weekend!
Hiya
