Special Needs

Hi Y’all,

No pictures of me today.  Today we are making “special needs day”.

First up is Dozer. Dozer is a Chesapeake Bay Retriever located at  Kellen Rescue in Oakhurst, CA.

Dozer is a diabetic.  He has to get insulin shots twice a day with his meals.

The good news is that Dozer is already neutered and house trained.  At five years of age he is past the age of chewing everything in sight.  Also while he is settled, I was this very age last year and I can tell you that a year later I still have tons of energy!!!  Dozer should have enough energy to satisfy any active family!

Kellen Rescue typically require fenced yards and usually do not adopt out of State.”  Like most rescues the dogs live in foster homes so you need to make an appointment.  If you are interested in Dozer you can telephone: 209 742-4294 or email: kellen@sti.net

Y’all come back tomorrow for Follow Up Friday!

What a wonderful thing to do, share your blog with a dog in need. Kudos to you!

Dozer is really a beauty and my paws are crossed that he finds a wonderful, active, loving forever home very soon. He looks like he would be super fun to play with! Good luck, Dozer!
