Hi Y’all,
The gators have kept me out of the water this year. So, we decided to go for the bath. My coat really needed a good shed out. It was still much too wooly for the very warm weather here in the southeast.
To the right I’m waiting in the shower stall. I have my own shower in the garage. (The people who built the house had a big Lab.)
Above I’m all soaped up with my special medicated soap. This part really feels good…a rubber Oster equine scrubber gives a great massage!
And here I am starting to grin my Chessie grin! My tail is drumming on the shower wall. I’m all squeaky clean and rinsed off. Next step is a walk with my Human in the hot sun until dry.
Woof! Woof! A bath Massage that is Pawsome. Looking GOOD!!! LOVE your water blog background. Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar
ReplyDeleteYour own special shower! How cool is that? You actually look like you enjoyed that, Hawk.
ReplyDeleteWow! Your very own shower...what a cool feature to have in your garage! You are standing there so patiently too!
ReplyDeleteThanks for asking about Gus...he's doing great!

My mom would love to have a special shower and tub for me. Something tall so shed doesn't have to stoop over, with a hand shower with massage and good hot water, cause I get cold and...
ReplyDeleteYou sure are lucky Hawk!
Just hopping by!
Your pal Opie
Wow, a shower AND a massage? Woo hoo!
ReplyDeleteLooking good, Hawk!
ReplyDeleteNice - you get pampered during bath time!
My dog hates bath time LOL. It's a necessary evil for him, but fortunately it doesn't need to happen often.
Hawk, if I didn't know better, I'd say you LIKE a bath?! What?! Don't you know baths are POISON????
ReplyDeleteHawk, you are a smart guy, you know what is good for you! I bet you looked like a million dollars when you came home from your dry-off walk!
ReplyDeleteKisses,
Stella
Darby goes to the dog wash for his baths. He likes the ride there a lot more than the bath itself, but he's also really happy to be done when it's over.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you feel like a million bucks, Hawk :)
That's so cool that you have your own shower! I have to share my bathtub with Riley (not at the same time though...hehe!). We bet that massager does feel nice! Happy Wednesday!
ReplyDeleteElyse and Riley
Sounds like a wonderful day!
ReplyDeleteYou look so squeaky clean. I bet you smells good too.
ReplyDeleteI'm in the land of the internet and enjoying catching up with your recent posts. It's pretty cool that you have your own shower. I have to share mine with Murphy!

I can't imagine how scary gators are! I'm glad that you're staying on shore.
ReplyDeleteAnd, I can't imagine having a special dog shower. That's awesome! We have a camp shower that's propane heated that we use to shower our dogs on the rare occasion that they need it.
Your own shower?! Now that is snazzy! And I'm thinking I should get one of those equine scrubbers for myself! Ha!
ReplyDeleteHope your sun dry was great, Hawkeye!

Wow! A dog spa at home! We're jealous... Tucker, Lucy, Jeffie and Rudy (especially Rudy)
ReplyDeleteLooking good Hawk!
ReplyDeleteWe have no gators so the 2 brown dawgs have been out swimming. The water is still very cold though. Thunder is just starting to blow coat.
I like your cheesie smile!! :)
ReplyDeleteHow cool that you have your own shower!
ReplyDeleteAren't you nice and clean and good smelling! Now you just need to find something nice and smelly to roll in ;-)
