Hi Y’all!
Today I’m joining Thursday’s Barks and Bytes Blog Hop hosted by 2 Brown Dawgs and Heart Like a Dog.
I’m also linkin’ up with Ruckus the Eskie and Love is Being Owned by a Husky in Thoughtless Thursday.
I had these questions regarding the helicopter posted on Rescue Me.
“Is that you helicopter Hawk??? Have a super Saturday.
Best wishes Molly”
“have you seen what they did with that "whirlybird", Hawk? Have a great saturday!”
“Ohhhh, you didn't go up in that helicopter did ya Hawk??
ღ husky hugz ღ frum our pack at Love is being owned by a husky!”
Sorry, y’all, I’m not in the ‘copter. We watched it because there is a pad just clear of the woods and creek. Usually, a ‘copter is bad news. They are medevac helicopters.
This one circled for a long time, then disappeared behind a mountain. It never landed. Thank Heaven!
Then we faced Sunday’s black and white photos…
“Nose to the ground or is the trail that steep? It looks just gorgeous!”
“Oooh, Hawk...what are you hunting down in that first photo?!? I hope you had a great adventure!
Oz”
Sorry, y’all. I’m not hunting anything. The trail is really that steep and steeper in lots of places. You just don’t usually get the effect in a picture.
And finally Goose wonders at the mischief I’m going to reveal…
“Did you give your human a big old kiss??? I'll be back to find out.
Blessings,
Goose”
For that answer and Goose’s response go to Monday Mischief’s post Real Life Mean Mischief.

“Bailie does that with slippers. Mom really enjoys the wet slobbery feeling after getting it back, did your mom like that too? Nice of you to steal, and then get praised for returning!”
Hmmm…good one Emma! I’ve never asked if she liked the slobbery feel; she always seems so grateful when I give her the shoes or pick things up for her, I just assumed…
Nature by Dawn queried…
“:D That's so sweet, Hawk! I'm sure you forgot the shoe was in your mouth too when you went outside. You didn't really mean to take it away from her, did you?”
I usually carry something when I go outside here at home…so I did forget what I had in my mouth when my Human Papa called me.

“Hawk, you are just a big smart puppy at heart, aren't you? :)

As I’ve heard the Humans say, you’re only as old as you feel…and puppy is how I feel!
Y’all hurry back now!
Thanks for sharing all the answers Hawk! Beautiful place you live in!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining the hop. Thunder used to grab shoes and slippers more often than he does now that he is older. Storm never did it and Freighter just started....lol.
ReplyDeleteNice one Hawk and so glad no one was hurt and the helicopter wan't needed. Have a tremendous Thursday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
maybe the 'copter searched for a missed or hurt biped and couldn't find the right place? I feel sometimes (mostly) like a puppy too... let's have a super puppy-thursday!
ReplyDeleteSurely you never feel old, Hawk. You're a big puppy at heart! And I'm glad that helicopter didn't land.
