Hi Y’all!
Would you believe it’s already time to wind things up for another week with Thursday’s Barks and Bytes Blog Hop hosted by 2 Brown Dawgs and Heart Like a Dog.
And join up with Ruckus the Eskie and Love is Being Owned by a Husky in Thoughtless Thursday.
First, let me say it has been a very sad week. Our great Blogville friend and chaplain, Goose from the Gospel of Goose, decided it was time to take that lonely walk across the Rainbow Bridge. He left behind one of the most loved Moms in the entire village.
Let’s start by answering some questions from yesterday’s post “Concentration”…
FinleytheWestie queried…
“Y'all got daylilies bloomin'? Ours are in bud but haven't started yet.
Pawsum photos!”
and Emma wanted to know…
“Was that a butt I saw in the background of the flowers ;) LOL”
Yes, the daylilies are bloomin’. We’ve had several 90 degree (Fahrenheit) days already. And yes, that is a (my) butt.
Jessica Claudio asked…
“NICE! Did you catch it? That picture of those flowers is a really good shot.”
Talent Hounds has the same question…“Pawesome pics- Did you catch it? Great focus and flowers. X Susie and Kilo”
Oh yes! You bet I did!
Looking back at Monday Mischief post “Time to Go Shopping”…
JoAnn Stancer wondered…
“silly bird, wonder what he is going to pay with or is he going to say "just put it on my bill" ;)”
Evidently he doesn’t get greedy, so they must run a tab. He does prefer the jumbo shrimp!
Groovy Goldendoodles asked…
“Did you buy anything Hawk? Or were you just window shopping?”
My Humans did.
Then I got numerous remarks about black and white Sunday’s post…“Who Dat”.
Earl Lover “He's hiding!! Go and see if he wants to make friends, Hawk!
sumskersandearlskers13.blogspot.com”
Mark at DBDT “Maybe the hiding animal is playing duck, duck, goose!”
The Daily Pip “I don't know, but I think he is up to something.”
How Sam Sees It “LOL - Mark! I like his answer!
Monty and Harlow”
Oz the Terrier “Is it a goose, Hawk? It kinda looks like a goose. Happy B&W Sunday
Oz”
Talent Hounds “LOL Mark. Love that answer. Looks like a well hidden goose to me Happy B & W Sunday X Susie and Kilo”
JoAnn Stancer “what a cute photo, I bet it is mr. goose”
Golden Woofs! SUGAR “I see it :-) for sure there's a continuation on this photo. Golden Woofs”
Janet Keefe “Hey, who's there? We think it's a goose!!
Jan, Wag 'n Woof Pets”
2browndawgs “They are always hiding a seem to pop out from nowhere.”
Whatever you’re thinkin’ about that photo…
About Sepia Saturday’s “Head Over Heels”…
Jeanne Pursell asked…
“Hey Hawk! Are you doing somersaults again??”
Janet Keefe remarked…
“Whoa, it looks like you're getting ready to do a cartwheel there, Hawk! :)
Lots of wags and woofs from the crew at Wag n Woof Pets”
Almost did a cartwheel! Almost.
Almost landed on my head.
Almost.
Y’all hurry on back!
I so agree with you, that was a sad week... we had to say good bye to our Goose and to Cubby... and there are so much furfriends and people who got bad news... but I hope so much that the dark clouds over blogville will disappear....

Wow! What a busy week it has been over here in your world, Hawk! I cannot believe another week has gone by and that May is almost over. Sigh. It's already too hot for me outside unless it is morning or evening. I will have to live vicariously through your adventures until Autumn.
