Babies!

Hi Y’all,

The pollen is really bad here, but new birth makes it all worth while!

Notice the eye watching my Human.

These pictures were taken Monday March 5th, 2012.

This nest is at the front door.  Everything is neatly trimmed but the yellow rose climbing around the column on one side of the porch where the mama bird nests every spring.

Enjoy another flowering tree in part our yard.

Y’all come back now!

  2. Birdies!!! Spring brings forth new life to celebrate upon.

We should prepare a spring party and we'll spend it at Mr. Wubba Octopus' place so he can join in ^_^.

  3. Wow babies already. All the birds here are just building nests. It's very busy this year, we have never seen so many birds building nests in our trees.

Lots of birds nesting is good. Birds have a difficult life.

    1. Hi Y'all,

She nests right beside the front door every year and is not frightened by the comings and goings.

  8. We have lots of early morning chirping, but no babies around here yet! Enjoy them, Hawk! I just hope one doesn't fall out of it's nest like one did at my house. I couldn't go outside for DAYS.

    1. Hi Y'all,

Momma bird isn't afraid of me or anyone else. Between the frogs and gators at night and the birds between predawn and dusk it is never silent. Love it!

  10. Sure looks like Spring there. We still have snow at the cabin, but with the warm temps it should be gone soon.
