Hi Y’all!
Another week, what kind of adventures will it bring?
But first let’s look back at mischief from last week…hosted by Alfie’s Blog, Snoopy’s Dog Blog and My Brown Newfies.
We’ve had lots of heavy rains here in the southeast. One morning I was racing to catch up with me Human I sank into a soft spot. You guessed it, I hurt my leg.
My Human was quick to rub me down with liniment and run a wrap on my leg. I felt like a horse getting a run down bandage. I thought I’d try to neigh, but I wasn’t sure how to do it.
For the first 24 hours she kept me on a leash outdoors. But some wild antics indoors convinced her that was a bad plan.
I’m all fine now, but as you can see it was difficult to keep me quiet or make me walk instead of run!
Y’all come on back!
Glad your leg are feelin better!
ReplyDeleteWe too are glad your leg is better now Hawk. Have a marvellous Monday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
Send a kiss for your leg and I'm glad it is much better now. It's not easy to stop a running horse... err...I mean... a brown dog :o)

Glad you're OK, Hawk! Stay out of trouble.
ReplyDeleteLooks like things are pretty wet around your area. We actually need some moisture here. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteAw, bummer you hurt your leg! Hope you're feeling much better now (...and less like a horse...)!
ReplyDeleteGlad you're back to your usual active self there Hawk. Would have loved to know more about that indoor mischief.... hint-hint
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't look like that hurt leg slowed you down much, Hawk! We know a little about trying to keep you guys on leashes and indoors around here, and how that goes (not well)! Glad to hear you are OK though.
ReplyDeleteThose flowering trees are gorgeous!

Glad your leg is better. Our yard is so soft we have been trying to keep them from tearing it up. It is a difficult task for sure. Too much Spring fever.
