Hey Hawk - running hills is one of the high intensity drills we suggest in our post today. Good for you already doing it!
ReplyDeleteYou could try grabbing the bumper and going further up the hill with it and refuse to come down to get your human running hills too ;) That would happen with us as we never retrieve anything. We usually run with it a bit and then drop it further from where it was.
