Hi Y’all!
Today I’m joining Thursday’s Barks and Bytes Blog Hop hosted by 2 Brown Dawgs and Heart Like a Dog.
I’m also linkin’ up with Ruckus the Eskie and Love is Being Owned by a Husky in Thoughtless Thursday.
Monday I told y’all about the neighbor’s dog. Actually they have two dogs, a yellow lab and a black lab.
Oz theTerrier commented…
“Oh no, an intruder that barked and growled at you in your own yard?!? What rudeness, Hawk. It would've been hard for me to sit-stay with all that commotion going on. I have "issues" with backing down from a fight...like many terriers, we think we are afraid of nothing. Glad that intruder left as quickly as he came!
Oz”
Laika queried…
“What was he doing in your back yard?”
How Sam Sees It wants to know…
“Do you know who he was? You are a good boy for listening so well!
Monty and Harlow”
Janet Keefe remarked…
“Well, he had a lot of nerve, didn't he?! You look suitably affronted while you are very nicely sitting, Hawk. We can't blame you for not wanting to sit still for that though!
Jan, Wag 'n Woof Pets”
I’ve met the yellow lab, Sam. His runnin’ buddy, the black lab, came through the fence once before and tried to steal my AerDog toy out of my mouth.
Cathy Armato commented…
“How dare those stinky pups invade your yard!? I'm glad you told them what's what!

“How rude huh? You are a good boy for sitting and not taking off after that dude. Hope you caught up on your sleep”
My Human just tells them “go home”. Sam the yellow lab leaves right away. This black lab always likes to pretend he’s so macho. Eventually he does leave.
My Human never says anything to their humans ‘cause she likes havin’ the extra “yard patrol” and Sam is a real sweetie.
Besides, I’m a really good fellow. I get along great with visitors…like in the photo below…
Next I want to thank everyone who commented and visited my post for the Pet Blogger Challenge 2015.
FidoseofReality asked…
As so many have said, love the pics. Nice to get to know you better, too. See you in May at the BlogPaws Conference?
My Humans have discussed the possibility. They have been so busy and in May it is already summer here in the low country, which means hot, so it doesn’t look likely.
Y’all come on back!
Love your post :)

Nice that you are so hospitable to your visitors, especially since they ARE uninvited.
ReplyDeleteThanks for joining the blog hop Hawk. I'm way behind so heading over to the PBC post next. :-) Sorry you had an intruder in your yard, I'm pretty sure neither Sampson or Delilah would stand for that in our yard. You are a very good boy!

ReplyDeleteYou seem like such a friendly guy, Hawk, we're not surprised you get along with everyone, even ones that try to steal your toys sometimes!

We don't have neighbor dogs that we can play with. The tiny fluff ball from next door came under our fence one day. We kinda chased it back home. ☺
