Hi Y’all!
I felt that olfactology, the study of the sense of smell, fit quite nicely with yesterday’s post, N is for nasology.
Today I’m joining Slim Doggy, Emma from MyGBGV Life and To Dog With Love in Fit Dog Friday blog hop!
Usin’ your sense of smell to track stuff helps keep you mentally alert and physically fit, especially if you have hills and mountains to climb!
I’m also joining the Pet Parade Blog Hop hosted by Rascal and Rocco and co-hosted by Jan's Funny Farm, Basil the Bionic Cat, Barking from the Bayou, and Love is being Owned by a Husky!
FlashBack Fridays is hosted by Five Sibes Mom and Love is being owned by a Husky!
Last year this time I was…
Yep, doin’ the same thing, the same place.
Y’all come on back!
I study nasology quite seriously Hawk. Have a fabulous Friday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
that olfactology is an important thingy, specially for dogs... humans are sadly bad olfactologists, they not not even notice the weird smell of their running shoes LOL

Mom is fascinated with our noses, the more she learns, the more amazing it is. Keep on sniffin' my friend!
ReplyDeleteYup, our noses are quite spectacular! We love getting our sniff on! Happy Friday!!
ReplyDeleteThat's a great "O" word Hawk. We use our olfactory all the time!
ReplyDeleteButt the most impawtent thing is that it helps us find treats!
ReplyDeleteYour Pals,
Murphy & Stanley
Have a fun weekend, Hawk. You do come up with good words for A-Z.
ReplyDeleteIt is great that you are so active. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend. That's a word I haven't heard of!
ReplyDeleteI bet these dogs have an amazing sense of smell ! Dogs are very blessed in that area. In a way, I'm glad that my sense of smell isn't better though because I would have to deal with more things that stink. Dogs don't seem to mind all of that.

You DO have a beautiful brownish-pink nose :-)
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful lots of smells weekend.
ReplyDeleteWith one hound dog and one partial hound dog, we know a lot about that around here too! :)

This was definitely the perfect followup to your Nasology post. Great photos, I'm happy to see you're still havin' fun doing the same thing as you were doing last year! If it ain't broke, why fix it?? LOL!
